- Sterling police are looking for three masked men who broke into a woman's home, tied her up and stole from the house.
No one says it’s easy being a landlord, but when you own as much property as they do, and you’re making enough money to live in a mansion in Sterling, you are morally obligated to make sure your property is kept up. If you can’t handle that then don’t buy property you’re not gonna live in. If you need to hire someone to do that, then do that. But as someone who has lived in Worcester his entire life, I HATE driving through this city and seeing the way it looks. And the people who own these eyesores often do not live in Worcester and don’t have to deal with it.
Section 8 and welfare people won’t risk losing their benefits for anything in the world! And this was done when, on the 1st o’ the month? Nah, they were too busy out there spending that cash.

A 70-year-old woman, who was home alone, told officers that three men entered the home, bound her with tape and searched the home, threatening her with a knife. The assailants were dressed in black and wore gloves; two were wearing ski masks and the third wore a skeleton Halloween mask. All three are about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and thought to be of Hispanic descent because of their accent, Police Chief Gary M. Chamberland said.
Now there to scared to talk, wife panicked called police he wishes she didn’t. 50 years ago when this young go getter bought these properties he didn’t realize the Government was going to force him to rent apts to drugged out welfare scum who where pajamas and slippers out in public. Believe it or not son there was a time when people still took pride in working for a living and gave a shit about their appearance. So for all the people whining about the Turtlegram and Turtleboy bringing up the fact that they’re slumlords, calm your tits. There is a 99.9% chance that if this happened as they claimed it did, then it had some tie to property they own.

Holiday / 2 hours agoWith a bit of forethought, you can give your home the perfect holiday makeover without spending an entire weekend on the job. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed. What are the chances that they don’t have home surveillance equipment? People like that with money to blow usually get all the bells and whistles along with it. The slum tenants are too comfy on the welfare cash.
1st and the 15th only place that’s getting ransacked is Wal mart. There used to be a time when if you saw a spook in your neighborhood around Halloween you just closed your shades and made sure your door is locked. Now people see a clown and they freak out and dial 911. Just sayin, it’s almost as if she has Kim Kardashian-like powers.

Authorities have now verified that hundreds of thousands of pounds of goods had been stolen from the property but that, fortunately, “no threat of violence was involved”. The former Manchester City star was left out of the Three Lions squad against Senegal due to a “family matter” on Sunday before the exact circumstances were confirmed shortly after. Typically home invasions do not happen at 10am.
Hope it’s not a new trend to fake home invasions. It’s one of the worst things ever, to not feel safe in your own home. And I wouldn’t want the karma of faking getting robbed. Lot of people messaging us on behalf of Richard J. Magdis and his daughter Stephanie Magdis Girouard, who own MNS Realty LLC. Richard Magdis lives in the home that was invaded. His wife was the one who was allegedly bound at knifepoint while her home was ransacked. Get browser notifications for breaking news, live events, and exclusive reporting.
England's Raheem Sterling leaves World Cup after home invasion
He was charged with first-degree home invasion, fleeing a police officer and assault with a dangerous weapon. Video from Sterling Heights police shows a long and intense high-speed chase. Friday (Nov. 12) to a home in the block of Westchester Road.
"No threat of violence was involved as the items were discovered stolen retrospectively. Inquiries into the circumstances are ongoing," police said. The statement said police were contacted Saturday night "after the occupants of the property came home and discovered a number of items including jewellery and watches had been stolen." Investigators believe that house was targeted because the homeowners posted on social media while celebrating a family member’s wedding day. Police said residents should be careful posting videos of events because it advertises being away from home.
"They did hold a knife to her throat, demanding money and the location of a safe, there was no safe," said Sterling Police Chief Gary Chamberland. "They took some cash," Richard J. Magdis, the owner of the home at 13 Stephanie Anne Lane, told a reporter before hanging up when reached by telephone at his home Tuesday morning. Police took Najib Bashar Azooz, 24, of Shelby Township into custody.
Look, we understand that it’s not easy being a landlord. You have to deal with a lot of shitbags who don’t mind sleeping in their own filth and have no respect for other people’s property. But stuff like crumbling front stairs and mice infestation is something the landlord needs to take care of.
The man was transferred to a hospital in Rockford. Inside the home, officers found a man and a woman who were bleeding from multiple laceration and stab wounds. There also was a fire burning in the attached garage. Get the latest in local public safety news with this weekly email.
We’re talking about Worcester’s most notorious slumlords here, who just happened to be the victims of this dramatic crime with very little evidence and a lot of unanswered questions. It certainly wouldn’t surprise us of this entire thing was a huge scam. I’m not saying they’re making this story up or anything like that. But there’s certainly a lot of things that don’t make sense. And just because someone is a nice person, doesn’t mean we’re gonna stop asking these questions. We got fooled two weeks ago when we believed that black lives matter assholes robbed a cop’s house and spray painted “BLM” on the outside.

Each of the charges is a Class X felony under Illinois law that carries a prison sentence of six to 30 years. Coincidentally if the cops started looking on 190 they wouldn’t have found the car, because SOMEONE was dropping the car off across the street from a middle and elementary school. All 70 yr old white property owners who don’t repair their steps DESERVES to be robbed and tied up at knife point and have their car stolen. FIX YOUR FUCKING STEPS OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!!! He is actually hated in the city because of the drain on fire, police, code enforcement resources because of how he chooses to ‘manage’ his property and tenants HE chooses to rent to. The city needs to answer why he always gets a pass on the condition of his properties.
